Swann Construction Inc.™ is minority owned company based at 2828 Tenth Street, NE, Suite#2, Washington, DC 20017.  Mr. Swann, the majority owner is Native American of the Piscataway Conoy Tribe and is currently an active member of the tribe.

Swann Construction™ became incorporated in October 2005 in Washington, D.C., and has completed a large volume of commercial, government, and residential projects throughout the years with the heaviest concentration of projects inside the District of Columbia. In January 2008, Swann Construction Inc.™ became LSDBE (CBE) certified # LSZ77239012010 and in January 2009 became DDOT and WMATA (DBE) certified # 09-0183-1.
